Hands on Experience
I'm Rob Lucchetti the owner of "Really Good Property"--an Estate management company focusing on providing personal estate management services and peace of mind for my customers.
I am passionate about making a property look the best it can. It takes an experienced eye, solid vendor relationships, strong communication skills and a desire to deliver value.
I was born and raised in Sonoma and love being a part of the community. My ancestors settled in San Francisco and Sonoma in the 1950's and brought with them their passion for olive oil. Over the last 20 years I have developed an olive oil farm here in Sonoma. The quality of the olive oil we make is a reflection of the constant care required to produce. It's a metaphor for estate management.

My care and love of farming led me here. ​ I also spent twenty years working as a corporate executive where I honed my skills in communication, administration, management, vendor relationships and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about reducing your property costs and can offer insight by sharing my experience with customers.

Local Experience
I was born and raised in Sonoma, where my family has deep roots and history. I attended and graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. After college I returned to Sonoma County and purchased and operated a 27-acre equestrian facility, with boarding, training, and instruction programs.

Eventually settling in Sonoma to raise my family, I was drawn to the ever-changing vacation rental industry that demands creativity, flexibility, attention to detail and constant hard work.
​
I began managing vacation rental properties in Sonoma, Hawaii and Utah, offering complete vacation rental services, including but not limited to, licensing, TOT and GET filings, county & local requirements, rental contract oversight, calendar management, guest relations, cleaning and maintenance management, inspections, and concierge services to assure my clients’ guests have a problem-free, comfortable, and memorable vacation.

As a certified Property Vacation Manager with 15 years of experience, I provide expert knowledge in the ever-changing vacation rental market, and as a long time Sonoma resident I provide a cornucopia of local knowledge to help each client and their guests have a special experience.
Additionally, I have extensive gardening and landscape management experience to oversee your property’s needs.
Our hourly-rate approach is tailored to each owner’s particular needs, allowing owners to have as much support as they wish.

As a fifth-generation Sonoma native, the connection to this region is both personal and generational. My family’s legacy began with dairy and poultry farming—instilling values of hard work, resourcefulness, and stewardship that continue to guide my professional life today.

Over the past 20 years, I served as a Distributor Manager and Key Account Specialist for a respected family-owned winery. That role involved building and maintaining strong relationships across the distributor, retail, and on-premise sectors—skills that translated seamlessly into property management.

Certified as a property manager for over 10 years, my work has focused on the care, maintenance, and improvement of personal properties, always with an emphasis on detail, service, and hospitality. With four personal home remodels completed, hands-on experience in construction, irrigation, and general maintenance is a key part of the offering. A trusted network of skilled vendors and tradespeople ensures every job is executed to the highest standard.

I am a Certified Specialist of Wine and licensed as a California Fly Fishing Guide, accreditations that reflect my appreciation for the lifestyle and landscape of Northern California. A degree in Communication with an emphasis in Child Development from Loyola Marymount University informs a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to both problem-solving and client care.
Currently living in Sonoma with my wife and proud to be the father of three grown children. Known for being task-oriented and relationship-driven, with a strong commitment to trust, clear communication, and delivering results that consistently exceed expectations.
